If you’ve spent any time teaching in children’s ministry, chances are you’ve
asked, “What are some good things we can do to honor God?” And more than likely, you’ve heard answers like, “Be kind,” “Be loving,” or “Be helpful.” All great responses—but a bit too broad to help kids really understand how to live out their faith in everyday life.
In Revelation 14:13, the Apostle John writes, “Then I heard a voice from heaven saying to me, ‘Write: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.’ ‘Yes,’ says the Spirit, ‘so they may rest from their labors, for their works follow them.’”
What an incredible truth—our good works go with us into eternity! But children, especially, need help to recognize what those works look like in real life. That’s why we created
Treasure Quest—a Christian card game designed to teach kids how to
store up heavenly treasures by practicing the virtues of Kindness, Faith, Service, Forgiveness, and Sacrifice.
Each of the five virtues are brought to life through twelve relatable scenarios written especially for children. Whether it’s
making a card for someone who’s sick, praying for a friend, or standing
up for someone, even when it is hard, kids learn how simple actions can have eternal impact.
Treasure Quest is more than a game—it’s a discipleship tool. Use it as a fun card game or incorporate the virtue cards as discussion starters to help children better understand what it means to do good works and store up eternal treasures in Heaven.
